Cook until it become thick. Allow it to cool. Then in the flour add rant kat and water. Mix well. Now add baking soda, mix for about 2 minutes. Leave it for about 10 minutes. Now heat oil and fry the jalebi. Once it is fried fully dip to the sugar syrup and serve. Aalu Cheese Samosa: Ingredients For Dough: Flour 250 gm (2 cups) Salt 1 tsp Clarified butter 50 gm (4 tbsp) For Filling: Potatoes (boiled) 1 kg Green peas 300 gm Fresh mint 3 tbsp Green coriander 2 tbsp Green chilies 6-7 Red chili flakes 2 tbsp Salt 1 ½ tsp Coriander (crushed) 1 tbsp Mozzarella cheese 200 gm Oil for frying Method: For the dough mix all the ingredients and knead a dough. Allow it to rest. Then in the boiled potatoes mix all the vegetables and prepare a filling. Now spread the dough evenly, place the filling and prepare the samosa. Lastly fry in a hot oil. Serve.
